- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪A horrific robbery unreported per my knowledge occurred across the street at FDIC Roseville Ca 1999 I was almost killed on 11 13 1999 Saturday when the robbers and murderers and a rapist were leaving the FDIC across from the Kaiser Permanente lot. My boss Ken wanted me to ignite the building with fuel he brought and at the same time the robbers were sealing the East door with duct tape. I had a brain stroke and memory loss.
